Due to all orders being custom made, we DO NOT except returns. Should your order be lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery to us at contact.vthorizons@gmail.com. We will be happy to work with you to make it correct at no cost to you.

Privacy

We collect information about you for a few specific reasons:

  • To process your inquiry and look after your order to ensure you receive the highest possible levels of service.

  • To complete an order, which means processing payment, undertaken through a secure, third-party payment system, (provided by Squarespace, PayPal), and post/ship the order to your address.

We here at VT Horizons value privacy, thus any information we collect is for shipping purposes only. We will NOT sell any information to 3rd party vendors or marketing agencies.

REFUNDS

We enforce a no-refund policy, and all sales are final.

The only exception is for those who had lost parcels (see Return Policy). Please be aware that initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
