We enforce a no-refund/return policy, all sales are final.
Due to all orders being custom made, we DO NOT except returns and do not issue refunds. Should your order be damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 5 days of marked delivery at contact.vthorizons@gmail.com. Please provide details such as package damage (ex. Crushed, run over, etc…), item damage (ex. Cracked, chipped, broken/shattered, etc…) and photos of damage for us to review. We will be happy to work with you to make it right at no cost to you.
