Shipping Policy
During checkout, please ensure that you have entered the correct address you want your order to be delivered to. If the address is flagged as “Not validated” or “Can not validate” we will reach out to you via email to confirm the address provided, this is the only time to make corrections. If you confirm the address and it is still incorrect, we will not be able to assist you unless the package is returned to sender at which time you’ll be asked to cover re-shipping the order.
After a label is created and the order is delivered to the courier, we are unable to recall/reclaim the parcel. If the parcel is lost during shipping please reach out the courier used and ask for their assistance. If your order tracking is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, reach out to the courier for assistance. If you believe that your package was porch pirated, contact your local authorities.
We are not responsible for any parcel after it has been handed over to the courier service.
